IFBB Pro Diana Al Sabah | Bodybuilding, Supplements, Diets ...



Dina al Sabah was born in Beirut, Lebanon and she feels lucky to have lived in more than 7 different countries which make her able to speak in 4 language.

Dina started to get acquainted with athletic when she was 5 years old. Then, in high school, she drown herself in the world of sport, and enroll in her school?s basketball and volley team. She was also a captain in the field during her senior high school. She ran for 100, 200, and 400 meters competition. Dina exercises sit-ups and stretching every night which made her become the champion of flexibility and sit-up and also broke her school records.

in 1997, Dina al Sabah started to get knowledge about weight lifting and nutrition. From a fitness magazine, she realized that woman?s body can be beautiful without having to be a slim Barbie.

Dina decided to start competing. In the beginning she trained to be a woman body builder, but then she changed direction to fitness and figure. After winning several competition, she thought it was time for her to try and get her Pro card with IFBB, but she found that only US citizen were able to compete in Pro qualifications in US.

Dina was then recommended to ask for US citizenship. She never thought that her country Kuwait would agree to help her compete in a competition that required her to wear mini bikini. Then she sent a petition to IFBB explaining the situation and with the help of Jim Manion, the head of NPC, she was given the Pro Card. Not only she was the first Arabian athlete in IFBB figure but also the first one to stand in Olympia stage.

Dina al Sabah was obsessively competing from 2003-2004 in Olympia and got the fifth rank. In 2004, she decided to focus more on modelling world and other activities like cliff climbing, yoga, snow boarding, bikram and crossfit
